What’s the fastest way you’ve found to increase running endurance? I’m thinking speed sprints, but I’d LOVE your input!! I’ve never felt the burn in my legs, but in my LUNGS. I think it might have something to do with my asthma? I really want to increase my lung endurance, so send me your tips!!
