Sorry for no read more, I’m mobile.
I didn’t feel like juicing at all today. I just wanted peanut butter all day, so I went out and bought some and put it on the counter and eyed it warily while I drank beet juice. But I never had any!
Had a close call when I almost ate ONE vegan white chocolate chip (what’s one gonna hurt?!?!!) but I flung the unopened bag away from myself disgustedly before I ate any.
By around 4pm I was fine again. It seems like morning is the hardest part of the day, because I just don’t want to take the effort to make the damn juice.
Anyway, tomorrow is a brand new shining day, and I have a full week of juicing behind me now! This is so much further than I ever expected to make it!
Also, small side note, I lost 6.4 lbs this week, and tomorrow morning is the official “one week” marker, so it’ll probably be closer to 7. Water weight, I know, weight of food, I know. Shhhh. Just stop.
My new “Bored?” exercise jar. I found a similar jar on Pinterest in which parents would put activities for their kids to do, and it just made sense to me: if I’m trying to get in shape and I have nothing to do/am bored, why not have a list of things to do, cut it up, and choose one from a jar?

I think I ordered vegan white chocolate chips in my sleep, because they just showed up on my doorstep, I see them charged on my card, but I HAVE NO MEMORY OF THIS.
I wonder what else I ordered??
Thank you! This is really helpful!! I was mostly thinking about using it in my protein shake, because I can’t imagine coconut going too well with green juices.
edit: or maybe my almond milk, haha. That would be a really decadent treat though.
ummm, randomly, I was thinking about magic shell ice cream topping, and it seems like you could make a pretty decent one with coconut oil? Right? Because it gets all liquidy warm but then gets hard when it’s cold? Not that I’m eating any ice cream lately, but whatever.
Yesss, I made Chocolate Covered Katie’s magic shell a couple of weeks ago. It worked well ^__^
omg I’m definitely making that and putting it over banana ice cream.
